Gerard DELEENS , chairman and CEO

Gerard Deleens has over 35 years experience in management positions in the oil and chemical industry both in France and China. He is a chemical engineer with a PhD in Polymer Sciences from INSCI Rouen in France.

Former General Representative of Elf Aquitaine and TOTAL in China, he is former chairman of the Association of International Chemical Manufacturers (AICM), and former chairman of the China Council of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCEF).

He was awarded the Great Wall Award for Foreign Experts from the Mayor of Beijing in 2003. He has been in China for 20 years.

He is Knight of Legion d'Honneur ,in France.

Marc d’Antras , CFO

Marc d'Antras spent most of his career (24 years) with Saint-Gobain, a multinational industrial and distribution Group, in charge of administrative and financial management in manufacturing plants and international trade organizations.

In 1996 Saint-Gobain made d’Antras Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a Fujian joint venture with Chinese management, giving him a strong knowledge base to doing business in China.

In 1997 he was promoted to CFO for all of China where he overviewed the creation of most of the industrial Group 40 companies all over China, most of them acquisitions of existing Chinese businesses. Thus, effective management principles and techniques was his main task.

Philippe MENTION , CEO of Sinatis Europe

Graduated from the University of San Francisco and from the Institute of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Philippe MENTION is a qualified haulage contractor.

From 1990 to 1997 he created and managed IREM, a civil engineering company. After that he became area manager for SATM, a transport and logistics company (1997 to 2004).

Since 2004, he has been general manager for SOGIC and EUDEVI (Dunkirk), two companies specialized in civil engineering, raw materials, transportation and services.
